Security Officers – North East

CFB Risk Management is an internationally renowned risk management company, providing high quality bespoke asset protection services to high hazard industrial sites across the world, protecting their people, environment, plant, assets and reputation and is now looking for applicants for Security Officer roles to be based in and around the Teesside area to manage and provide effective security capabilities, in line with the requirements of legislation and company standards.

Role Responsibility:

• Responsible for all aspects of site security operations including gatehouse and weighbridge duties.
• Presenting at all times, a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence at the premises of our clients.
• Greeting, assisting and directing members of the public visiting the premises of our client.
• Ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ buildings and assets by carrying out all duties in full adherence to company standards.
• Working as part of a team to provide conflict resolution assistance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid SIA licence (Desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided);
• Able to travel to and from site(s);
• Excellent communication and administration skills;
• Reliable with excellent time-management skills;
• High level of customer care;
• Security systems knowledge;
• Telephone/switchboard skills;
• IT literate

Emergency Capability Manager – North East

CFB Risk Management is an internationally renowned risk management company, providing high quality bespoke asset protection services to high hazard industrial sites across the world, protecting their people, environment, plant, assets and reputation and is now looking for applicants for an Emergency Capability Manager to be based in and around the Teesside area to manage the provision of effective emergency response capabilities, prevention arrangements and security capabilities, in line with the requirements of legislation and company standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in compliance with all Company EHS, business conduct policies, guidelines and the site Life Saving Rules at all times
• Lead, motivate, manage and develop Site Protection Teams, to deliver an efficient, robust and effective service to the site(s)
• Develop and maintain on-site and off-site distribution emergency response capabilities in line with regulations and industry best practice
• Develop, manage and deliver effective security and access arrangements for the site
• Organise emergency and security exercises/drills as required, evaluate results and provide appropriate feedback, including evaluation and advice to management
• Manage the inspection, maintenance and improvements to emergency and security equipment and infrastructure, in-line with legislative requirements and best practice
• Carryout roles as the company appointed functional advisor for facility siting and fire risk assessment
• Contribute to the development and improvement of H&S arrangements and implement agreed actions to enhance the site performance overall
• Contribute to the effective management of the emergency and security budgets

Candidate Requirements:

In addition to competency in Emergency Response and Security, the following is required:
