Our Emergency Planning services adopt a scientific approach, applying fire engineering principles to carry out detailed fire hazard analysis to help determine firefighting requirements in varying weather conditions. They also consider preventive and protective measures necessary to limit the consequences of fire which are documented in-line with globally recognised standards, guidelines and best practice in the form of scenario specific emergency response plans.
Emergency Planning also provides solutions for systems and equipment required to detect, suppress and control potential fire-related incidents, the direction and control of equipment and resource required in the function of firefighting and rescue operations, assessing tertiary containment capabilities verses fire water demands to aid the development of an effective fire water management plan and if a controlled burn is deemed appropriate, we can assess fire hazard consequences and advise on appropriate mitigation requirements, to support a measured and justified controlled burn strategy.
